As I mentioned in my previous post, some exits don’t mean you’re leaving. In fact, many types of exits are simply partial exits.
Export and trade compliance is complicated enough. There are even more nuances when exporting defense technology. It does involve National Security, so no real surprise there. It can be worth considering though. Don’t discount it simply because you think the complexity is beyond a smaller company wherewithal.
